FP Thermal Insulation System is not one fixed product, but a mineral-based insulation system family that can be adapted for walls, façades, floors, roofs, ceilings, prefabricated elements and selected fire-protection uses.
Optimised performance
The formulation can be tuned to balance thermal conductivity, density, strength, adhesion, acoustic behaviour, moisture response and workability according to project needs.
Breathable and water-repellent
FP Thermal Insulation System combines vapor-open behaviour with water repellency, helping reduce trapped moisture, condensation risk and long-term degradation.

Applied by spray, pump, pour or hand, the system creates a continuous insulation layer with fewer joints, less cutting waste and reduced thermal bridges.

Insulating Plaster Reinvented
It can be sprayed or hand-applied to ceilings, façades, and interior partitions, preventing condensation and thermal bridging.
FP150 equals or surpasses the performance of traditional insulating mortars and board systems, at a lower cost and with superior sustainability.
The Monolithic Roof & Screed Insulation System
Applied as a ready premix or following Fullsulate’s licensed method, it achieves 170–180 kg/m³ density and can be poured in a single homogeneous layer for floors or flat roofs.
It outperforms conventional flat-roof insulation mortars and boards by combining excellent thermal performance, full non-combustibility, and hydrophobic durability – all in a fast, circular, and cost-efficient application.
Natural Protection for Heritage & Renovation
Ideal for heritage or damp renovation environments, it is acid- and alkali-resistant, free from synthetic binders, and fully recyclable, ensuring long-term structural health and sustainable restoration.
